Christine Moody is currently the Executive Chef for iQ Food Co. in Toronto. Her cuisine celebrates passion for food and health, and she has strived throughout her career to be at the forefront of technique and knowledge while always giving things her own whimsical spin.
Her pedigree includes a Grand Diploma in Culinary Artistry from the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, where she graduated with Honours. She went on to complete a stage at the Michelin starred Hotel Levernois in the heart of Burgundy. Recently, she received an Honours diploma from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition.
Christine’s work as a private chef has included personalized health coaching, developing and executing smaller celebrations such as intimate tasting menus and wine pairings, and extended to to larger events such as birthdays and weddings. Her dedication to fresh, vibrant produce combined with classic techniques makes her culinary style one of a kind.
